Greek Holiday Voucher Programme Open For Applications

The upgraded programme aims to strengthen domestic tourism while promoting sustainable tourism development, spreading visitor activity throughout the year and supporting regional and social cohesion, according to the Ministry of Tourism.
Applications will open gradually according to the final digit of applicants’ tax identification number (AFM).

The application deadline is Friday, August 21, 2026, at 23:59.
Applicants can submit their applications:
- Online through vouchers.gov.gr/tourism4all-2026-2027 using their Taxisnet credentials.
- In person at any Citizen Service Centre (KEP).
Tourism for All 2026-2027 Voucher Amounts
The programme allocates 70% of its total budget towards holidays taken between October and April, with higher subsidy amounts available during the winter and shoulder seasons.
The government designed the scheme to encourage tourism throughout the year rather than concentrating demand only during peak summer months.

Expanded Income Criteria Allow More Households to Qualify
The new programme increases income limits, allowing more middle-class households to participate.
For single applicants without children, the maximum income threshold rises from €19,000 to €21,000.
For married couples without children, the limit increases from €31,000 to €33,000.
Families with multiple children receive significantly expanded income thresholds, with increases of €5,000 per additional child for single-parent families and families with more than four children.
Selected beneficiaries with four or more dependent children will also receive an additional €50 subsidy per child.

People with Disabilities Included Without Income Restrictions
For the first time, people with disabilities (67% or higher disability rating) and families with children with disabilities will qualify for the programme without any income criteria.
The measure significantly expands access to subsidised holidays for vulnerable groups.
Programme Runs in Two Phases
The Tourism for All 2026-2027 programme will operate in two stages:

Authorities will not conduct a new draw for the second phase. Instead, beneficiaries will come directly from the waiting list created during the first lottery in August 2026.
