Seminar at Pushpashrama

Pushpashrama Institute of Philosophy and Religion  has organised the 17th Teachers’ Seminar at its premises in R.S. Naidu Nagar, Mysuru, on Aug. 22 from 9 am to 1 pm.

The theme of the seminar is ‘Teaching in the age of AI: Why human teachers matter.’ It will be inaugurated at 9.30 am. Rev. Dr. Manoj Victor Braganza OCD, Director, Pushpashrama, will deliver the keynote address.

10.15 am: Session-1 on ‘Helping students think in the age of AI: The teacher as guardian of critical thinking’ by Dr. H.N. Vishwanath, Professor (retd.), Sarada Vilas Teachers College, Krishnamurthypuram and Founder & Academic Director, IMACT-Teacher Craft, Mysuru.

11.45 am: Session-2 on the topic ‘Building character in the age of AI: Every child counts’ by Dr. Wilfred Rodrigues OCD, Director, Divine Springs, Goa.
