Princess Maker-Like Volcano Princess Goes to Switch, PS5, and Mobile Devices

by · Siliconera

We’ll get to raise daughters into possible princess in Volcano Princess on the Switch, PS5, and Android and iOS mobile devices starting on July 30, 2026. The Princess Maker style game initially showed up on PCs and now is heading everywhere. The official site also noted a Prologue demo is available on both consoles and mobile platforms now. These versions will feature some new content, which will eventually come to the existing PC release in October 2026.

As with Princess Maker, Volcano Princess is a game that involves a single parent raising their daughter to hopefully raise her into a happy and successful adult. You decide her schedule, picking out classes and jobs. Depending on the choices, her stats will change. As a result, she could end up meeting different people or finding expected (and unexpected) endings.

As for the new additions, some relate to the localizations and others to actual experiences in-game. Japanese voice acting will be present, with Kento Ito and Marina Inoue announced as two new additions to the cast. The Japanese and English translations will be updated, and there will be a Traditional Chinese one debuting alongside the console and mobile ports.  In terms of gameplay, we’ll get to send the daughter into new dungeons, see new story scenes involving her, and earn more CGs as we play.

A new trailer also accompanied this reveal, showing animations, art, and gameplay.

Volcano Princess will come to the Switch, PS5, and Android and iOS mobile devices on July 30, 2026, and the PC version is out on Steam and will get an update in October 2026.
