Even More Pokemon Uniqlo Shirts Arrive in July 2026

It turns out the Uniqlo Pokemon 30th anniversary plans will go beyond the one collection that showed up in Japan in March 2026 and will be in the US and Canada in June 2026. An additional four unisex adult and four unisex kids designs are on the way. The theme for this line is the original Game Boy entries like Pokemon Red and, as such, all the art features greyscale sprites. They’ll launch in Japan at the end of July 2026, and we should see them worldwide sometime after that.

All of the unisex men’s shirts will appear in sizes XS through 4XL. (Since Japanese sizing can be different than US ones, it’s best to double check.) These will be ¥1,990 (~$12.70) each. The most basic one is the Pokemon Red Uniqlo shirt. That only features the logo, trainer, and Charmander on the front. The others all feature additional graphics. So the gym badges are on the sleeve of the shirt with evolved Pokemon like Onix, Starmie, Raichu, Vileplume, Weezing, Alakazam, Arcanine, and Rhydon. The Mewtwo one has Mew on the back at the bottom. Finally, the Pikachu pocket t-shirt lets you pull down the pocket to see Raichu.

Like the unisex adult shirts, the kids ones appear in multiple sizes designed to fit children from ages 6-7 to 14. (Again, this is a situation where you need to double-check sizing, due to the scale Uniqlo uses.) These are ¥990 (~$6.30) each. As is common with these sorts of collections, some of the items are smaller versions of the adult designs. However, in this case the Gengar, Pikachu, and design with Magikarp, Psyduck, Snorlax, Pikachu, Eevee, and Dragonite are unique to this line. Only the Pikachu one in this collection has extra features, as it has the Pikachu on the back and more icons along the pocket on the front.
