As the RAM crisis continues to loom large, now's a great time to allocate that upgrade money to a stellar gaming keyboard instead. Look no further than the SteelSeries Apex Pro TKL Gen 3, which is now $176.99 (was $239.99) at Amazon right now.

Of all the gaming keyboards I've reviewed, the SteelSeries Apex Pro has always stood out to me. Nothing has beaten the feel of its keys, which are very responsive and offer superb control. It's also incredibly well made, easily ranking among the best gaming keyboard builds. This deal applies to the TKL wired variant, which I think offers the best value, although wireless versions and those with different layouts are also on sale on the same page.

SteelSeries Apex Pro TKL Gen 3: was $239.99 now $176.99 at Amazon
Save over $60 on this magnificent analog gaming keyboard. The switches are sumptuous and feature numerous customization options to get the right feel for you. Build quality is of the highest order, too. This deal applies to the wired variant, but the wireless model, as well as those with different layouts and colorways, are also discounted.
In my SteelSeries Apex Pro TKL Gen 3 review, I noted how well-made the whole unit is. It feels incredibly solid, and every material feels premium to the touch. It's quite heavy, so this isn't exactly a portable keeb, but that weight only serves to keep it in place while gaming.
In action, the analog keys feel great. They're snappy enough for quick inputs, yet offer enough travel and control to make full use of their analog nature. Speaking of which, there are plenty of adjustments available on this front. In addition to altering the actuation point, you can also activate Rapid Trigger and assign two inputs to a single key.
There are some issues with the Apex Pro, though. For instance, the included wrist rest lacks padding and can flip upwards if you apply too much pressure in the wrong place. My chief complaint upon its release, though, was its steep asking price, but that's been swept aside by the current sale.
