"My Body Count Just Went Up": The Internet Is Going Feral Over Jonathan Bailey And Ella Purnell's Incredibly Horny "Dracula" Performance

Posted on Oct 2, 2026 UTC

Since it was published in 1897, Dracula by Bram Stoker has inspired countless other books, plays, movies, and TV series.

On Oct. 1, Audible released a brand new adaptation of the classic novel, with Jonathan Bailey voicing the world's most famous vampire.

It also stars Ella Purnell as Mina, Louis Partridge as Jonathan, Aimee Lou Wood as Lucy, and Maggie Gyllenhaal as Professor Van Helsing.

Well, this week, Entertainment Tonight posted a sneak peek at a steamy scene between Jonathan and Ella that has driven my entire timeline feral.

In the clip, Jonathan, as Dracula, is seducing Mina.

Fans couldn't help but notice the way Jonathan strokes his chest in the clip.

Ella, as Mina, also brought something extra to her performance.

Clutching her throat, Mina moans in response to Dracula's urging.

And when he encourages her to drink his blood in return, Ella takes a big bite of an apple for the sound effect.

It's a lot to take in.

You can watch the full clip here, and I highly recommend headphones and privacy when you do so.

The clip has everyone feeling horned up for Jonathan, Ella, or both.

Like, genuinely, what just happened to us?

It even has audiobook haters rethinking their stance.

People are questioning, "Is my new kink... audiobooks?"

In conclusion, please tell my boss that I need to take the afternoon off to go listen to Dracula...for literary reasons...
