Patrick Clancy is currently divorced from Lindsay Clancy and is living his new life with his second wife, Rachel Danis. Recently, Patrick was seen out and about with Rachel in the Hamptons, New York, just days after the jury declared Lindsay's case a mistrial. Photos obtained by TMZ show Patrick and Rachel inside a Milk Pail in September 2026, where they appeared to be buying some beverages and checking out the shop.
The couple sported casual, athleisure outfits during the NY date. Patrick wore a pastel pink polo t-shirt and paired it with denim shorts and sneakers. His ladylove, Rachel stood nearby a few feet behind him, wearing a pastel green shirt and black tights. She accessorized it with a black cap and a black bag. Patrick Clancy broke silence on Lindsay Clancy's mistrial after he and Rachel Danis faced cyberbullying
On September 4, 2026, Patrick broke his silence regarding his ex-wife, Lindsay Clancy's case after it was declared a mistrial. He issued a statement through his lawyer, David Meier, expressing gratitude for those involved in Lindsay's trial. As per the attorney, Patrick was grateful to the Court and to the jurors for their hard work and weeks of commitment to finding out the truth regarding his kids' deaths.
Patrick Clancy's legal counsel further stated that the trial period was particularly difficult for his client as it made him relive the horrific day of finding his kids dead in his house. As per David, Patrick will "never recover" from the loss and will never get "closure". Thus, even when he appeared to have moved past the grief and was seen smiling with his new wife in public, part of him will always remain haunted by the past. In David's words:
"The loss of Patrick's children is something from which he will never recover and from which there will never be closure. The prospect of reliving this tragedy through another trial is extraordinarily painful for Patrick, for his family, and for all us."
Notably, Patrick's comment came amid him and his current wife facing brutal cyberbullying, with Rachel Danis even getting death threats. A colleague of hers told the Daily Mail that it has been overwhelming for Rachel to deal with the online chatter around her and her husband; however, she's been pushing through as best she can. In their words:
"It's been tough [for Rachel Danis]. She's hanging in there."
A relative of Patrick Clancy shared that he too has been facing such situations. The relative addressed the unverified accusations against Patrick that he was uncaring towards Lindsay and called them "heinous" and "damaging." The source also pushed back on the narrative that Patrick wasn't caring towards Lindsay, saying he was a good partner to her and a better human.
