Fox News hosts Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhardt are going through one of the best phases of their lives. The duo recently celebrated their pre-wedding on Friday, October 23, 2026, with their friends, family, and colleagues at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida. US President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump were also in attendance at the pre-wedding celebration.

It is worth mentioning that Ainsley was married twice before she moved on with Sean Hannity. Her second marriage to William Proctor came to an end after they were plagued by rumors of an affair.

Did Ainsley Earhardt’s second husband, William Proctor, cheat on her?

Ainsley Earhardt was first married to Kevin McKinney. Their divorce happened without a lot of public attention, although the same cannot be said for Ainsley’s marriage to her second husband, William Proctor. It was back in 2018 that the Fox News anchor announced that she and William were separating after rumors of his infidelity became the talk of the town. In a statement, Ainsley said:

"After much prayer and careful consideration, William and I have separated. I am grateful to Fox for their support and for allowing me to spend all day, every day after the morning show with my child. I am fully committed to parenting and doing what is always best for my darling, little girl…I would appreciate privacy and prayers during this difficult time."

For those unaware, the pair who wed in 2012 share a daughter named Hayden. An insider close to Ainsley Earhardt told PEOPLE at the time that the former pro football player “was unfaithful with one of her closest friends a few years ago and there's evidence to prove it.” Another source for the Daily Mail said that the breach of trust in her friendship with William Proctor’s alleged mistress was “extra heart-wrenching” for Ainsley.

It was just a day after Ainsley announced their split that William decided to file for divorce in New York. However, he vehemently denied the allegations that he cheated on the journalist. In a statement to Page Six, he said, “There is not one ounce of truth to the allegations that I had an affair.”

According to William, he was disappointed that such a private matter became public. He assured that he remained focused on and committed to being the best dad. William also said that he wanted to maintain a friendship with Ainsley even though she has decided to move on.

Ainsley Earhardt and Sean Hannity’s pre-wedding celebration

Despite the way things ended with her second husband, William Proctor, Ainsley Earhardt did not shy away from giving love another chance. Ainsley and Sean Hannity got engaged back in 2024 after Sean proposed to the FOX & Friends host over Christmas at their home church in Florida. In 2020, a source said that the two had been secretly dating for years.

Speaking about their engagement, Ainsley and Sean said in a joint statement to Fox News that they were overjoyed and thankful to their families for all their love and support during such a wonderful time in their lives. They also said that they couldn't be happier.

Now, on October 23, 2026, Sean and Ainsley celebrated their upcoming wedding at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida. Their guest list included several prominent personalities, including US President Donald Trump, First Lady Melania Trump, Secretary of State Marco Rubio and his wife, Jeanette, and Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and his wife, actress Cheryl Hines, among others. Ainsley expressed her gratitude and said:

"To celebrate this beautiful season of our lives surrounded by the people we love most is truly a dream come true. God has blessed us in more ways than we could ever imagine, and I am so thankful that He brought Sean and me together.”
