Ever since she mentioned that she has been dating a popular man from Rhode Island, there has been an immense curiosity about her secret boyfriend. But the reality TV star talked about her casual relationships.

Kelsey Swanson revealed whether she ever romanced anyone other than her boyfriend

During a recent episode, Kelsey Swanson discussed her relationships and mentioned that she and her boyfriend weren't monogamous for a period of time. When the producer of the show asked her whether she had dated someone other than her boyfriend, she mentioned:

“At the very beginning of my relationship, I knew it wasn't serious; like, we weren't exclusive. I would never sleep with men. Like, that was never my thing. I never grew up that way. And so, yeah, I would go out, I'd get drunk, I'd, like, make out with a dude. That was the extent of that. It was fun."

Kelsey Swanson revealed striking up another relationship

In the same episode, Kelsey revealed that she juggles her “unorthodox” relationships with two boyfriends. She revealed that her primary partner, with whom she lives, ‘dates multiple people’ and lives in Miami for only six months. She also stated having multiple boyfriends, and she would only be happy if she ended up with any one of them.

Kelsey revealed why seeking other relationships was important for her, as she, too, wants to have her own family. Speaking about finding love apart from her current boyfriend, Kelsey said:

“For the first half of the year, my boyfriend is in Miami, and when he's in Miami, he's with somebody else. But now, I'm at that crossroads where I just hit 30 and I want more for myself. I want to be in a committed relationship with one person. But at his age in his life, there's not one thing he's going to change. He is who he is, and either I accept it or I have to leave. Obviously, I want to have kids, I want to be married. He person that I've been with for 10 years will not give me that. So, I am dating somebody else."

During the same episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Kelsey Swanson revealed that her secret boyfriend hails from one of Rhode Island's most prominent families. She also opened up about their unconventional relationship. Kelsey was just 19 when she met her secret boyfriend. The duo has a significant 23-year age gap. The couple has been dating since 2016 and has been together for 10 years, despite their "unorthodox" setup.

The mystery man is also a father of three children. Kelsey mentioned she has a comfortable bond with them and even did makeup for one of their daughters at her wedding in 2024. Two of his kids are three years younger than Kelsey, which explains their warm relationship.
