Srbijavoz app already has 400,000 users, international tickets to be available soon

Acting General Director of Srbijavoz ("Serbia Train") Ljubisa Pejicic says that the public company's mobile application, which allows travelers to quickly and easily purchase monthly tickets via their phones, already has 400,000 users.

Pejicic announced that the next step in digitalization and improvement of user experience will include sale of international tickets, which is expected to start soon.

"About a month ago, we introduced the possibility of buying monthly tickets. With a few taps on the phone, our passengers secure their monthly tickets. They don't have to wait in queues," Pejicic told Tanjug.

Digitization at Srbijavoz includes not only services for passengers, but also covers all internal business operations.

The final phase of the implementation of the EMIS project is underway, that allows business processes performed by train drivers to get transferred from paper to tablets.

The software is already operational among train drivers, which significantly modernized and accelerated their work.
