"Scenes were terrible": Serious accident as car and truck collide near Gornji Milanovac!

A serious traffic accident involving a passenger car and a truck happened early this morning on the bypass around the town of Gornji Milanovac.

According to initial information from the site, it is feared that the crash may have killed some of those involved.

"The scenes were terrible, the vehicles were completely destroyed, ambulance and police sirens were wailing," one of the eyewitnesses told the RINA agency.

Emergency teams were on the ground providing medical aid to the injured, while the police were securing the scene of the accident and conducting an investigation. Traffic on this section of the road was temporarily stopped.

More information will be available after the investigation has been completed and the authorities issue an official statement.
