In this year’s previous session of the CA Foundation exam, a total of 1,09,694 candidates appeared, out of which 21,099 qualified.
To check the result, students have to visit the official website and click on “ICAI CA Foundation Result May 2026”. Then enter their registration number and roll number, and click submit. The CA result will appear on the screen; download and save it for future reference. Students can also know about the results and toppers at education.indianexpress.com.

Candidates are advised to keep their CA Foundation exam admit card nearby, as the login details are mentioned on it. The online marksheet includes the student’s name, roll number, registration number, marks obtained in each subject, aggregate marks, and the result status.
Candidates who will receive 40 per cent marks in all subjects and 50 per cent marks in the aggregate of all the papers will be considered as qualified. For candidates who will receive more than 70 per cent marks, ICAI will provide them with a qualifying status of “qualified with distinction”.
