JTBC is pressing ahead with a slate of star-studded content as it attempts to navigate its ongoing corporate rehabilitation crisis.

On July 31, the network unveiled its upcoming drama and variety show lineup. Two major productions are scheduled for the second half of this year, with at least two more dramas planned for next year.

The first upcoming drama is 'Final Table,' starring Ahn Hyo Seop. The series follows chefs competing to become Korea's top culinary master in a high-stakes cooking competition.

It will be followed by 'Marble of God,' a fantasy historical drama starring Ahn Bo Hyun. The series is directed by Jung Dae Yoon, who previously helmed the hit drama 'Reborn Rich.'

The drama has already attracted attention ahead of its release after being invited to the 9th Cannes International Series Festival, where Ahn Bo Hyun and other cast members attended the event.

JTBC also revealed part of its 2027 drama lineup. Veteran actress Kim Hee Ae will star in 'Gold Digger,' a drama about a successful middle-aged woman who becomes romantically involved with a younger man as the two grow increasingly suspicious of one another.

Another highly anticipated project is 'Human X Gumiho,' which is slated to premiere in the first half of next year. The series stars Jun Ji Hyun, alongside Ji Chang Wook, Cha Joo Young, and Hwang In Youp.

JTBC also announced the return of several variety programs following a programming overhaul, including 'Love War,' 'Han Moon Chul's Black Box Review,' 'Talk Pa One 25 O'Clock,' 'Divorce Camp,' and 'Scammers.'

Its weekend lineup will remain unchanged, with 'Knowing Bros' airing Saturdays at 9 PM and 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator' airing Sundays at 8:50 PM.

The programming announcement comes as JTBC continues to face financial difficulties. Last month, the broadcaster declared a default after failing to repay 20.6 billion KRW (approximately 14.8 million USD) in securitized borrowings and subsequently filed for corporate rehabilitation.

Ahead of the court's decision on whether to begin rehabilitation proceedings, JTBC also applied for the Autonomous Restructuring Support (ARS) program. Although the program was originally set to expire on July 30, the court has extended it by one month.
