IU and Byeon Woo Seok shared behind-the-scenes details of their “wall kiss” scene from 'Perfect Crown.'

On April 7, a preview for the next episode was revealed at the end of the latest episode of the YouTube show 'Salon Drip 2.'

The preview featured IU, Byeon Woo Seok, Noh Sang Hyun, and Gong Seung Yeon, who star in MBC’s upcoming Friday-Saturday drama 'Perfect Crown.'

During the segment, host Jang Do Yeon brought up the “wall kiss” scene shown in the preview. Byun Woo Seok explained, “When you kiss, your noses touch. Mine brushed against her cheek, and since it was hot, it got a bit dewy…” trailing off with a shy smile. IU added, “There was even a mark from his nose on my cheek,” recalling the moment.

Listening to their story, Noh Sang Hyun curiously asked, “How many takes did you do?” Jang Do Yeon praised it as a “nice question.” Both IU and Byun Woo Seok answered honestly, “We did it countless times. That scene really took a lot of takes,” drawing attention.

IU also raised anticipation for the drama, saying, “As the series goes on, Noh Sang Hyun becomes incredibly sexy.” Byun Woo Seok added, “He’s so sexy just standing there… I even forgot my lines.”

'Perfect Crown' is a romance about breaking class barriers and carving out one’s destiny. Set in a 21st-century constitutional monarchy in Korea, it tells the story of a chaebol woman who has everything but is frustrated by her commoner status, and a prince who has nothing despite being the king’s son.
