Reddit users feel Aishwarya Rai's bhabhi Shrima Rai shares a good bond with Shweta Nanda and not with the actress?

Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai is gaining a lot of attention these days due to the ongoing divorce rumours with her husband Abhishek Bachchan. Aishwarya is the daughter of Brindya Rai and the late Krishnaraj Rai and has a brother, Aditya Rai. Recently, netizens noticed that Aditya's wife Shrima Rai, who is Aishwarya's sister-in-law never shares pictures with the actress. Aishwarya keeps on posting pictures with her mother on social media. But, shares pictures with her brother's family very rarely.

Now, Reddit users found an old post in which Shrima wherein Aishwarya's fan criticized her for not posting a picture with her. A person commented on the Instagram post, 'Not even a single pic she shares of Aishwarya or Aaradhya'. Shrima replied, 'You can head over to her page to find all the images of her, and there you will find solely shots of them and not a single one of us. That should satisfy you (zany face emoji).'

Another user wrote, 'I never knew you were Aishwarya's SIL until your recent pictures.' She replied saying, 'Good. I want you to see me for me'. Shrima's reply to the users made netizens feel that she does not share a warm relationship with Aishwarya. The Reddit post was shared with the caption, 'So not Just ShwetDi, But Aishwarya Rai's Brother's wife also seems to dislike her'. A user on the social media commented saying, 'Weren't there rumours that she was misusing Aishwarya's name for some business deals and Aish found out, and all hell broke, plus her bro and his wife were not living with Aish's mother? They had some problems?' Another user wrote, 'Whatever the fight may be, at least Aishwarya is classy in not washing their dirty laundry publicly like this or giving such intimate statements to random people in a comment section. She could have responded in a less crass manner, who snaps like a 5-year-old kindergartener'. 'So, it’s not speculation, Ash is disliked by both Shweta and Shrima', said another user.

Well, Shrima shares a deep bond with Aishwarya's sister-in-law Shweta Bachchan and her husband Nikhil Nanda. She had shared a picture of a flower bouquet that was sent to her from Shweta and her husband Nikhil. She captioned the post as, 'Thank you. Nikhil Nanda and Shweta. this is stunning'.

Divorce rumours between Aishwarya and Abhishek started doing rounds on social media, when the two arrived separately at Anant Ambani’s wedding in July 2024. Aishwarya came with her daughter Aaradhya Bachchan, while Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Abhishek, Shweta, Agastya Nanda and Navya Naveli appeared together. Also, Abhishek or his family did not wish Aishwarya on her birthday. Aishwarya and Abhishek tied the knot in 2007 and welcomed daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan in 2011.
