West Wilson Slept with Mia Alario According to her Castmates, and She Told Salley Carson It Was So Good She Should Do the Same

West Wilson’s house of cards is starting to tumble.
In September 2025, West slid into the DMs of Mia Alario from Southern Hospitality. This is right after he kissed Ciara and they had 2 sleepovers around this time. They ended up going on a date, and it was later revealed that West and Amanda pregamed together before the date. Mia publicly said nothing came of the date.
West slid into Mia’s DMs again this spring after the rumors started flying about West and Amanda. He said, “I’ve been off the internet but I’ve seen snippets of everything, and I’m sorry for getting you roped into all this.” In my opinion, this is West trying to start a conversation with Mia, not just apologizing. He wants her read on the situation. He probably wants her to comfort and validate him that he’ll come out of this looking okay. Mia says she thanked him for apologizing and encouraged him to continue staying off the internet.
Now, Mia’s castmates are casting doubt on her version of events. The preview for next week’s episode of Southern Hospitality shows Michols Peña accusing Mia of lying. He says Mia *did* sleep with West and even encouraged Salley Carson from Southern Charm to sleep with West because “the d was so good.”
Leva Bonaparte backs Michols up and says she was there when Mia allegedly said it.
