Michelle Obama is drawing attention for comments about her personal security that some see as at odds with her public stance on firearms.
The former first lady said she keeps a decade of “old cash” on hand because she doesn’t use Apple Pay, then joked she’s fine anyway: “I also have this security guy with a gun.”
The remark stands in contrast to her record on the issue. The same woman has spent years arguing Americans have too much access to firearms.
