Gratitude shifts something in your spirit. It reminds you that even the hardest chapters held purpose. The delays taught patience. The disappointments revealed direction. The struggles built character. The moments that broke you also positioned you for rebuilding. What felt like loss prepared room for what God is still arranging behind the scenes.
As you close out this year, don’t rush past the quiet miracles:
The peace that returned.
The strength that surprised you.
The clarity that slowly formed.
The doors that closed to protect you.
The ones that opened to grow you.
And as you step into what’s next, carry this truth with you: if God brought you through this year, He will guide you through the next one with the same faithfulness — and even greater purpose.

A Short Prayer
God,
I don’t know how I made it through some of the moments I faced this year — but I did, and that is evidence of Your hand on my life. Thank You for carrying me when my strength ran low. Thank You for guiding me when my direction felt unclear. Thank You for comforting me in the places where the pain felt too heavy to hold alone.
Thank You for providing in ways that didn’t make sense on paper, for opening doors I didn’t expect, and for protecting me from what I didn’t even know to pray about. Thank You for turning moments I labeled as failures into lessons that shaped me.
This year wasn’t perfect, but it was purposeful. It stretched me, taught me, softened me, strengthened me, and showed me Your faithfulness again and again.
