- Must have graduated with at least a Second Class Lower in a Bachelor's degree or an Upper Credit in an HND
- Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
- Must have a genuine interest in fleet management, logistics and operations
- Must be willing to work in Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos
