Render Farm Addon Update | CrowdRender V0.6.7

Another update for the CrowdRender render farm addon!

CrowdRender is an addon that allows you to render either a single image or an animation on multiple computers. We first released version 0.0.1 back in 2017 so our addon has been through quite a lot of changes and we've had a lot of feedback that has helped make the software better.

The changes in this latest update are bug fixes, and you can read more about what is in this new release by reading the article on our website.

V0.6.7 is the latest stable release and has been tested with Blender's 4.0, 4.1, 4.2LTS and 4.3 beta builds and performs well for animations generally. It performs well for single frames depending on resolution and the computers you use. It is better for higher resolutions and in situations where the computers you are adding are at least as powerful as the one you are working on.

You can also download a completely free version (free as in we don't charge you for downloading it, and, it is GPL licensed) by going straight to our downloads page on our website. Downloading requires an account on our website.

Please note that V0.6.7 is accessible if you are a paid supported of our project. If you just want to test out our software, then please try the free version. The free version is currently V0.6.4. It has no restrictions on use or how many computers can be used. It is three patch revisions behind the current stable release of V0.6.7.
