HUF and Toyota are returning with a second Land Cruiser collaboration

The designs rework classic typography, graphics and archival details from old Land Cruiser catalogs

The range covers outerwear, screen-printed T-shirts, embroidered caps, skate decks and custom air fresheners

HUF and Toyota are back with a second HUF x Toyota Land Cruiser collection. This time, the focus is on the Land Cruiser’s heritage models, the rugged vehicles that carried drivers on expeditions around the world. The collection’s graphic language is taken directly from the pages of vintage Toyota sales catalogs.

The catalogs supply the design. Rather than just reproducing the Land Cruiser badge, HUF went through the archive for the type, illustrations and small print details used to sell the truck in earlier decades, then reworked them through its own streetwear lens. The result puts vintage automotive marketing on skate-ready basics.

The apparel does most of the work. Jackets and hoodies cover the heavier end of the range, while five screen-printed T-shirts spread the catalog-inspired artwork across the collection’s lightest pieces. Screen printing suits the source material, keeping the flat, bold look of the original print ads.

The accessories take the collaboration beyond clothing. Caps feature custom embroidery, and the skate decks bring the Land Cruiser graphics onto HUF’s home turf. The oddest item is also the most on-theme: a set of original air fresheners, a nod to the truck’s cabin that also works as a small collectible. According to the source, the full lineup includes a few more items beyond these.

The HUF x Toyota Land Cruiser collection releases on September 25 at HUF stores and via HUF’s online store.
