Marshall’s Bromley 150 Brings Concert Energy to a More Portable Form

Marshall is expanding its Bromley party-speaker lineup with the Bromley 150, a more compact take on the format established by the larger Bromley 450 and 750. Designed to carry the same stage-inspired character in a more portable package, the speaker arrives in Marshall’s familiar Black and Brass finish, pairing a black grille and PU leather-wrapped cabinet with metallic accents and softened TPU corner caps. Its proportions have been tightened considerably, while a built-in retractable handle reinforces the grab-and-go concept. Compared with its larger siblings, the control panel has also been moved to the side, leaving the entire front face open for the grille and integrated lighting system.

That lighting remains one of the Bromley family’s defining visual features. Positioned behind the grille, the built-in stage lights take cues from live concert rigs and move in response to the music, with three presets ranging from restrained ambience to a more pronounced light show. Marshall’s True Stereophonic 360° system is intended to distribute mids, highs and bass around the room rather than concentrating sound in one direction, while dedicated microphone and instrument inputs allow the speaker to shift from playback into karaoke or impromptu performance use. Portability is further supported by an IP55 rating, more than 40 hours of battery life and a replaceable battery, while components including the corner caps, handle, grille, knobs and battery lid can also be replaced to extend the product’s lifespan.

The Bromley 150 carries much of the visual and functional identity of the Bromley 450 and 750, but scales it down for smaller spaces and easier transport rather than simply reducing the output. Its cabinet uses FSC 100%-certified wood and contains 19% recycled material by weight, while the combination of tactile physical controls, protective detailing and concert-inspired lighting keeps the model rooted in Marshall’s longstanding stage aesthetic. The Marshall Bromley 150 is available for pre-order from September 29 at Marshall’s website for just under $500 USD, with general availability beginning October 13, 2026, through Marshall and select retailers.
