MegaHouse is producing a Life Size Doll rendition of Pochita from Chainsaw Man. The series is built on the premise of a doll that stays close to its owner’s daily life, and this entry reproduces the character at life-size scale, standing roughly 600mm as a high-end doll rather than a display statue.

Articulation is handled through joint parts set into both the arms and the legs, each of which can be adjusted to hold a chosen angle. The tail is built as an interactive element to be pulled rather than a fixed appendage, and the sculpt concentrates its detail around the face, where a plump, rounded mouth sits at the base of the character’s blade.

The sound gimmick is the centrepiece. Stroking the doll’s back plays Pochita’s vocalisations, including a bark and a low mechanical churn, and the unit holds five sounds in total with engine noise among them. Power comes from three AAA batteries, sold separately, and the box contains the doll body with its five-sound audio unit plus an instruction manual.

Attention has also gone into the eyes, which are large and glossy enough to catch the reflection of whoever is looking down at the doll. MegaHouse frames the piece around that kind of proximity, pitching it as something to keep beside you while eating jam-covered bread or playing games in your room.

The Life Size Doll Pochita is slated for late February 2027 and is open for pre-order now, with orders closing November 1, and delivery scheduled for early March 2027.
