BEAMS is launching a new project, APARTMENT MARK. To mark the debut, a limited-time pop-up will run at Outdated in Tomigaya, Tokyo, from Friday, October 9, to Sunday, October 25.

APARTMENT MARK is a project envisioned as a fictional select shop tucked away in an apartment room. Setting a new theme each season, it curates and edits everything from original items and select brands to lifestyle and culture, much like an editorial magazine. Rather than aiming to create a finished store, the goal is to cultivate its aesthetic through continuous experimentation and refinement.

Taking its first step, this pop-up translates the project’s concept into a physical space. It will feature three original designs alongside a distinctly curated selection of brand items.

The original collection launches with two pairs of pants and one style of footwear, designed to form the foundation of a modern men’s wardrobe. The lineup includes Two-Tuck Trousers crafted from Bishu wool gabardine (¥39,600), wide-silhouette Wool Jersey Easy pants made from premium wool jersey (¥36,300), and babouche-style Leather Slippers produced in Asakusa (¥44,000). Centered around a color palette of brown, gray, and black, the collection offers a style that seamlessly blends relaxed comfort with refined elegance.

Curated brands slated to participate include colbo, Ernie Palo, UMEDA, Barbour, Quatrocchi, pide, and Brigitte Tanaka. Additionally, the original items will be presented in special translucent packaging detailed with custom stickers.
