Is Suunto’s latest smartwatch the Goldiclock we’ve been looking for?

Hello! And welcome to the first instalment of Looking for Goldiclocks, a three-part series where we seek to unearth the clock Goldilocks would wear on her wrist, if only she had survived the bear attack and was alive today.

Yes, apparently the three bears impaled Goldilocks on a church steeple in the original telling of the fairytale, but we’re not going to let such a trifling detail stand between us and a thorough analysis of the latest wrist-worn clocks (which is to say, smartwatches). The search is on for a watch that’s not so full-featured it has no battery life, not so focused on battery life it has no features, but is just right, the way Goldilocks would want it.
