Leaked renders of the wider Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8, Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip8 appear

As the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event approaches on 22 July 2026, leaked renders of the wider Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8, Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip8 have appeared. While tech specs have not been confirmed, only the wider Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 appears to have any difference from its predecessor. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra and the Galaxy Z Flip8 don’t appear to be any different though.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 is widely expected to be wider and shorter. The leaked renders show it may come in Cream, Graphite and Lavender but they may also be Pistachio. According to Android Headlines the inner display is expected to be a 7.6-inch 3K display the outer display could be a 5.5-inch 3K with a 16:10 aspect ratio. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra looks more or less the same as before though with colours expected to be in black, deep purple, white and green. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip8 is expected to come in Cream, Graphite and Pink.

That being said, we’re not expecting many internal differences so they may be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy or Exynos 2600 chipset, have 12GB to 16GB of RAM and are likely to be more expensive than before. How expensive? Early rumours indicate a price increase of RM200 to maybe even RM1300 but do remember to take all these unconfirmed rumours with a grain of salt.
