vivo Watch GT 2 Malaysia release - AI health monitoring, up to 25 days battery life, and more from RM499

Yesterday, vivo unveiled two new vivo X300 series smartphones in Malaysia - the vivo X300 FE and vivo X300 Ultra. Aside from the two phones, vivo Malaysia also introduced the new vivo Watch GT 2 smartwatch. This is the successor to the vivo Watch GT released in July 2025, but what's different this time?

Tech specs and features

The vivo Watch GT 2 has a 2.5D curved screen of its predecessor, but is slightly larger at 2.07-inch (vs 1.85-inch) and has thin 1.8mm bezels. Despite that, it weighs the same at 33g, thanks to the switch to a high-gloss aluminium body. The battery life has also been upgraded, promising to deliver up to 25 days of use (Bluetooth enabled). Additionally, it has 5ATM water resistance, so it's safe to wear outdoors even in the rain.

As for features, the vivo Watch GT 2 uses the latest BlueOS 3.0. It comes with functions like Smart View for you to check background apps (like timers), Shortcut Cards to customise the widgets on the screen, AI health monitoring, sleep monitoring, and more. On the sports tracking side, it supports over 100 sports modes, including tennis and cricket.

Price and availability

The vivo Watch GT 2 comes in black and white colours, with two different bands to go with them. You can grab this smartwatch with the black sport band for RM499 or upgrade to the white leather band for RM599.
