realme will launch a phone with a 10000mAh battery soon

Larger mobile batteries were more for tablets in the past, but that changed when brands started using silicon-carbon batteries for smartphones. Thanks to higher energy density, smartphone batteries can now be larger, with realme likely to take the record soon.

Recently, a Russian blogger posted the specs screen from a realme device. At 10001 mAh, this realme RMX5107 smartphone has what could be the largest battery in a smartphone to date. Besides the large battery, this phone features 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. As for the UI, it's running realme UI 7.0. The blogger also claimed that the phone features Hi-Res Audio, but didn't mention anything else.

realme 16 series?

Although the source doesn't confirm the model of the phone, the photo shows what seems to be a final production unit. As such, it's reasonable to assume this is an upcoming device. In fact, this is likely the realme 16 that's launching next week (6 January 2026). For reference, the realme 14's product code is RMX5070, while the realme 15 is RMX5106. As a reminder, this unidentified device's product code is RMX5107.
