iQOO Z11 teased with a 165Hz display and 9020mAh battery ahead of launch

iQOO Z11 has been officially teased, with the company confirming that the device will debut later this month. The announcement was made during iQOO’s 7th anniversary event by product manager Xing Cheng, who revealed several key specifications of the upcoming smartphone.

What To Expect From The iQOO Z11

One of the most notable highlights of the upcoming handset is its 165Hz display, which iQOO describes as a gaming-focused panel. If confirmed, this would mark the first time the brand has introduced a 165Hz screen in its lineup. The phone is also said to pack a massive 9020mAh battery, the largest battery capacity ever featured in an iQOO smartphone so far.

The smartphone has already appeared in Malaysia’s SIRIM certification database under the model number I2512, confirming that it will be marketed as a 5G device. The same model number was also spotted earlier in the IMEI database. In addition, two Vivo devices carrying model numbers V2551A and V2547A have surfaced on China’s 3C certification platform, with one of them believed to be the Z11. The listing indicates support for 90W fast charging, suggesting the device will ship with a compatible charging adapter.

Additionally, rumours suggest the phone may feature a 1.5K LTPS display, although the exact screen size has not yet been confirmed. The handset is also expected to use a mid-range processor. For reference, the previous model, iQOO Z10, launched with the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor and a 7300mAh battery, meaning the Z11 could bring a significant upgrade in battery capacity.

Z11 Series Lineup May Expand Soon

Alongside the Z11, iQOO is also preparing another device in the lineup. The company has confirmed that the iQOO Z11x will launch in India on 12 March 2026, featuring a large 7200mAh battery and targeting the budget smartphone segment.
