Bhooth Bangla box office Day 10: Strong Sunday boosts global total to Rs 180 crore
Akshay Kumar's Bhooth Bangla added Rs 12.50 crore on day 10 and pushed its worldwide gross to Rs 179.48 crore. The strong second weekend has taken it past several of the actor's recent releases despite mixed reviews.

Akshay Kumar's Bhooth Bangla continued its box office run on day 10, collecting Rs 12.50 crore on its second Sunday and taking its India net total to an estimated Rs 113.40 crore net, according to Sacnilk. The Priyadarshan directorial has also reached an estimated Rs 179.48 crore in worldwide gross collections.
With its latest numbers, Bhooth Bangla has crossed the Rs 170 crore mark worldwide and moved ahead of some of Akshay Kumar's recent releases, including Kesari Chapter 2, which earned Rs 145.01 crore, Sky Force, which made Rs 150.01 crore, and Jolly LLB 3, which collected Rs 171.64 crore.

Sacnilk reported that the film was running across 9,498 shows in the country on day 10. Its total India gross collections are estimated at Rs 134.98.
Overseas, Bhooth Bangla added Rs 3 crore on day 10. That took its total overseas gross to Rs 44.50 crore and pushed its worldwide gross collection to Rs 179.48 crore.
The film has received mixed reviews from critics and audiences, but it has continued to draw attention at the box office. Its current total, however, remains well behind Border 2, the Sunny Deol-led war drama that finished its run with Rs 450.20 crore gross worldwide.
Bhooth Bangla also marks Akshay Kumar's reunion with director Priyadarshan after 14 years. The film's cast includes Asrani, Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Tabu, Jisshu Sengupta and Wamiqa Gabbi. On day 10, the film remained on a steady run, with its India and overseas collections taking its worldwide gross close to the Rs 180 crore mark.
