What makes Hanuman Ansh’s box-office journey remarkable is that the film has maintained a strong run even after completing a month in theatres. The film earned Rs 10 crore nett on Day 32, while its Day 31 collection stood at an impressive Rs 22.75 crore nett. It collected Rs 16.50 crore nett on Day 30 and Rs 10 crore nett on Day 29.

The film’s fifth weekend alone brought in Rs 49.25 crore nett, an extraordinary figure for a film that was made on a reported budget of just Rs 2 crore.

The real turnaround came in its fourth week, when the film collected Rs 61 crore nett. Instead of slowing down after completing four weeks, Hanuman Ansh delivered an even bigger fifth weekend, taking its India nett collection beyond Rs 140 crore.

The scale of the success becomes clearer when the film’s reported budget is taken into account. Made for around Rs 2 crore, Hanuman Ansh has now generated more than 70 times its reported production cost in India nett collections.

The film’s performance is also remarkable because it has continued to attract audiences despite competing with much larger releases and having already spent more than a month in theatres.
