- The laptop rolls out ahead of the Monaco Grand Prix
- Only 4,999 units of laptops are available globally
After introducing its first electric car, Luce, Ferrari has rolled out a brand new electronic product. This time it's not a car, but a laptop. After two years of partnership between HP and Ferrari, a major consumer product was finally born, called the HP Limited Edition Scuderia Ferrari AI PC. The exclusive notebook combines Ferrari's design language and racing heritage with HP's engineering expertise, resulting in a premium AI-powered laptop aimed at collectors, race and tech enthusiasts. The laptop launched ahead of the Monaco Grand Prix.
Notably, the company is rolling out only 4,999 units of laptops worldwide as exclusivity strategy of Ferrari. The carmaker has a long-standing philosophy of selling fewer cars than the market demands. As the brand thrives on scarcity. Producing a few units of the new laptop would turn them into a collector's item rather than just another PC. HP says about the laptops, “Each unit is meticulously numbered and serialised,” making them as much collector's trophies.
Ferrari-inspired design takes center stage
The new laptop features Ferrari's signature colour – Rosso Magma finish, a deep metallic red inspired by the Italian automaker's high-performance vehicles.
Drawing heavily from Ferrari's automotive design, the notebook incorporates a CNC-milled aluminium chassis with a zirconium bead-blasted finish, carbon-fibre construction on the underside, and a transparent glass section that reveals internal components. HP says the design is inspired by Ferrari's exposed engine bays, turning the laptop's internal architecture into a visual feature rather than something hidden from view.
The device also features a glass palm rest and a nearly invisible haptic touchpad that illuminates when touched. According to the companies, the design reflects Ferrari's "eyes on the road, hands on the wheel" philosophy by minimising distractions while maintaining a clean and premium aesthetic.
HP Limited Edition Scuderia Ferrari AI PC: Specs and features
Under the hood, the laptop is powered by Intel's Core Ultra X7 358H processor paired with Intel Arc B390 graphics. HP claims the system can deliver up to 180 TOPS of AI performance, making it capable of handling AI workloads, content creation tasks, and demanding productivity applications.
The device sports a 14-inch 3K Tandem OLED+ touchscreen display designed to deliver bright visuals and vivid colours. Ferrari-themed wallpapers come preloaded, while the keyboard features per-key RGB lighting with customisable colours and animations.
Cooling is handled through a system that incorporates more than 2,000 micro-perforations in the glass surface to improve airflow. Ferrari-inspired louvered vents are also integrated into the design to enhance thermal performance while contributing to the notebook's distinctive appearance.
For security, HP has equipped the laptop with HP Wolf Security for Business. Buyers will also receive a premium Poltrona Frau leather sleeve made from the same Italian leather used in Ferrari vehicle interiors.
