Launched This Week: Lenovo Legion Gen 11, Vivo Buds and 3 more devices to look at

Take a breather from the new iPhone 18 Pro series and iPhone Duo, as this week also saw some quieter entries. From Lenovo and Xiaomi to FiiO, Hammer and Vivo, here's a quick look at the gadgets that arrived in India.

What a week this was. Or should we just call it Apple week? Almost all the attention was on the newly launched iPhone 18 Pro, the first-ever foldable iPhone aka iPhone Duo, the new-generation Apple Watch 12, Watch Ultra 5 and AirPods 5. Basically, all things Apple, all the buzz around Apple and, of course, all the big price surprises— or should we call the shocks? While we still have to wait a little before these new Apple devices go on sale, there were quite a few other launches this week that are worth talking about too. Lenovo launched new Legion gaming laptops, Xiaomi added three new power banks, Fiio entered the gaming headset space, Hammer brought open-ear earbuds to the mix, and Vivo launched a new pair of affordable earbuds.

So, if you've managed to look away from the Apple buzz for a minute, there's quite a bit to catch up on. From gaming and audio to charging accessories and everyday earbuds, here are all the gadgets that landed in India this week.

Lenovo Legion Gen 11

If you’re looking for a new gaming laptop that can also handle work or college, Lenovo has launched its Gen 11 gaming lineup in India. It includes the Legion 5i, Legion 5a and LOQ 15, with Nvidia GeForce RTX 50-series GPUs and AI hardware. The Legion 5i and 5a get 15.3-inch WQXGA OLED displays with a 165Hz refresh rate, while the LOQ 15 comes with up to a 180Hz WQXGA IPS display. The laptops can also be configured with up to 32GB RAM and 2TB SSD storage.

You can buy the newly launched Lenovo Legion 5i at Rs 2,65,990, while the Legion 5a costs Rs 2,25,990 and the LOQ 15AHP11 starts at Rs 1,99,990. They are available through Lenovo.com, Lenovo exclusive brand stores and select retail outlets across India, with custom configurations also available through Lenovo.com.

Vivo Buds

This week, Vivo also kept the launch cycle going with its new affordable pair of earbuds — the Vivo Buds — that promise to last through the day without constantly reaching for the charger.
They offer up to 50 hours of total battery life, 10mm high-resolution speaker drivers, dual-mic AI call noise cancellation and 42ms gaming latency. They also get Bluetooth 6.1, multipoint connection and an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance.
The Vivo Buds are priced at Rs 1,999 and are available through the Vivo India e-store, Flipkart and leading retail partner outlets. They come in Nilgiri Green and Basalt Black.

Fiio FG3

Now for the gamers who care about what they hear as much as what they see. Fiio has launched the FG3, its first gaming headset in India, with a dual-driver setup. It uses 50mm and 16mm dynamic drivers placed on the same axis, along with a dual-core DSP, a DAC supporting up to 192kHz/24-bit audio and six audio modes for FPS, action, MOBA, rhythm games, cinema and music. There’s also a detachable ENC microphone, 7.1 virtual surround sound and a 10-band EQ that can be adjusted through a web browser.

The Fiio FG3 costs Rs 6,999 and is available in India through Headphone Zone. It comes with one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Xiaomi power banks

If your phone, laptop and other gadgets are always fighting for the last bit of battery, Xiaomi has launched three new power banks in India. The range includes the Ultra Thin Magnetic Power Bank 5000 15W, Magnetic Power Bank 10000 45W and Power Bank 20000 165W. The smallest one is just 6mm thick and weighs 98g, while the 10,000mAh model adds magnetic charging and a built-in USB-C cable. The 20,000mAh version goes up to 165W combined output and can charge multiple devices at once.

The Xiaomi Ultra Thin Magnetic Power Bank 5000 costs Rs 5,599 during the launch offer, while the 20,000mAh 165W model costs Rs 4,999. The 10,000mAh 45W model costs Rs 3,699 under its launch offer. The first two go on sale from September 11, followed by the 10,000mAh model on September 15, through Amazon, Flipkart, mi.com, Xiaomi retail stores and quick-commerce platforms.

Hammer Aura Air

If you’re someone who doesn’t like having earbuds block out the world around you, Hammer has launched the Aura Air open-ear wireless earbuds. They sit around the ears rather than inside them, while weighing 48.5g and using 11mm titanium drivers. There are also four MEMS microphones with ENC, Bluetooth 6.0 and an IP54 rating, making them suitable for listening while working, travelling or exercising.

The Hammer Aura Air is priced at Rs 1,299 at an introductory price and comes in a Champagne Gold dual-tone finish.
