Xiaomi S Mini LED TV series specifications and features
Now, coming to what the new S Mini LED series offers, at the heart of the lineup is what Xiaomi calls QD Mini-LED technology. This combines Quantum Dot colour with Mini LED backlighting. In simple terms, it allows for much finer control over brightness and contrast compared to traditional LED panels. The result is deeper blacks, brighter highlights, and more balanced visuals overall. The display comes with peak brightness goes up to 1200 nits.
The TVs also support Dolby Vision and HDR10+, along with Filmmaker Mode. Paired with 4K Ultra HD resolution, the series promises accurate colours and good depth across different types of content, whether it’s movies, sports, or streaming shows.
For motion handling, Xiaomi has included DLG 120Hz, MEMC, and Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM). This combination according to the company will help reduce motion blur and improve responsiveness, especially for fast-paced content like sports or gaming.
On the audio side, the TVs feature a 34W quad-speaker setup with support for Dolby Audio, DTS:X, and DTS Virtual:X. The speaker system promises users more immersive sound experience without the immediate need for external speakers.
The series runs on Xiaomi’s PatchWall interface, which focuses on content discovery and also offers access to free live TV via Xiaomi TV+. Connectivity options include AirPlay 2, Google Cast, and Miracast, along with dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth support.
Additional features like Eye Care Mode, Quick Wake, and a redesigned remote with quick settings aim to make everyday use smoother.
