Two friends in Rajasthan's Alwar had to pay with their lives as they met with a fatal accident while shooting a reel, performing bike stunts, police said on Saturday.

A car hit the bike the boys were riding head-on near the railway culvert located in Rajgarh Industrial Area. The collision was so intense that one of the boys, identified as Nishant Saini, died on the spot, while the other one, named Deepak Saini, was taken to Rajgarh hospital.

After initial treatment, Deepak was referred to Jaipur. However, he died while in transit. The car driver fled the spot, leaving his vehicle behind, police added.

Just before the accident, they were standing on the bike and shooting reels. This was when the bike suddenly went out of control and collided with the car coming from the other side, a police official said.

Bodies of both the deceased youth have been handed over to their respective families after post-mortem, he added.

Meanwhile, a case has been registered against the car driver after the complaints of the families of the victims and an investigation has been launched.

Notably, Nishant and Deepak were friends and used to make social media reels together. Many of their reels are available on social media and have gone viral in the past. A number of their videos featured bike stunts.
