iPhones are considered best-in-class products not only because they offer flagship features but also because many users feel these devices last longer than their competitors. iPhones receive regular updates and rarely feel laggy, even as they age. If you are interested in an iPhone for these qualities, you can now get one at the price of a mid-range Android smartphone.
Vijay Sales is currently hosting its Apple Days Sale, which is live from April 11 to April 16. During the sale, the platform is offering significant discounts on Apple products. The iPhone 15 is now available at a price comparable to a mid-range Android smartphone, making it a good opportunity for users who want to experience the iOS ecosystem or need a device that lasts for years without issues.
iPhone 15 Vijay Sales Apple Days sale deal breakdown
The iPhone 15 is currently retailing for Rs 59,900 in India for the 128GB variant. Vijay Sales is offering the device at Rs 56,900, which includes a direct discount of Rs 2,000. Additionally, buyers can get an instant discount of Rs 2,000 using SBI, ICICI, or Axis Bank cards, bringing the effective price down to Rs 54,900.
Buyers can further reduce the price through an exchange offer. If your old device is valued at Rs 10,000, you can save up to Rs 20,000 more, as Vijay Sales is offering an additional Rs 10,000 exchange bonus on top of the device’s value. Combining these offers, the iPhone 15 can be purchased for around Rs 34,900. However, the exact exchange value depends on the condition of your old smartphone.
iPhone 15 remains a strong option
Although the iPhone 15 is three years old, it still offers good value for money. It includes features such as Dynamic Island, a USB Type-C charging port, the A16 Bionic chip, and a 48MP camera system.
The Dynamic Island feature displays charging status, AirDrop activity, and music playback, and is also available on newer iPhones, so users will not feel left out. While the display refresh rate is 60Hz, Apple compensates with smooth animations, and the display offers excellent quality with peak brightness of 1600 nits.
The A16 Bionic chip delivers strong performance and handles everyday tasks like watching videos, browsing the internet, and messaging with ease. The device includes a 48-megapixel main camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, and a 12-megapixel front camera. Photo and video quality from both the front and rear cameras remain excellent, delivering detailed and accurate results across various lighting conditions.
Where it stands in comparison with iPhone 16
When comparing the iPhone 15 with the iPhone 16, there are no major differences considering the price gap. Apple offers a similar display on the iPhone 16, so choosing the iPhone 15 does not mean compromising on display quality.
Both devices feature similar camera setups, including a 48MP wide and a 12MP ultra-wide rear camera. There is also no significant difference in battery performance between the two models. Considering these factors, the iPhone 15 remains a good choice for users planning to switch to an iPhone on a budget.
