Jackky Bhagnani has once again found himself at the centre of online discussion, months after his "situationship" remark about actor, wife Rakul Preet Singh sparked controversy. This time, old screenshots purportedly showing the actor-producer's profile on the exclusive dating app Raya have resurfaced on Reddit, leaving social media users speculating. However, it remains unclear whether the profile belongs to Jackky or if it is currently active.

The screenshots, originally shared in a YouTuber's video, show a profile named "Jackky" with "Actor/Peoducer" written in the bio, with the word "producer" misspelled. The profile's location is listed as London, United Kingdom. While some users expressed surprise over the screenshots, others pointed out the typo and questioned the profile's authenticity.

Raya has long been a topic of discussion due to its exclusive membership model. Unlike conventional dating apps, Raya is a private platform used for dating, networking and friendships. Users must apply for membership, and their applications are reviewed before they are granted access. The app is particularly popular among celebrities, influencers and other high-profile personalities.

The resurfaced screenshots come months after Jackky made headlines for describing his marriage to Rakul during an interview with a YouTube channel in April.

"Rakul and I are married, but we are like in a situationship. Of course, we are exclusive to each other because that’s why we are married. But the most important thing is that I can talk to her about anything," he said.

The remark drew criticism on social media, prompting Rakul Preet Singh to clarify that his statement had been taken out of context. Sharing a note on her Instagram Stories, she wrote, "We had a great laugh today about how one line from an hour-long conversation can suddenly become the headline. Funny until it’s not. Context matters. Nuance matters. Conversations deserve better than being reduced to clickbait. Maybe it’s time platforms take a little more responsibility for the narratives they create."

Jackky Bhagnani and Rakul Preet Singh fell in love during the Covid-19 lockdown and got married in Goa in 2024.
