Flying Flea C6 electric motorcycle launched in Europe and UK, priced from Rs 6.58 lakh

Royal Enfield's Flying Flea C6 electric motorcycle has entered Europe and the UK, with bookings now open across five cities and deliveries scheduled to begin from October 2026.

Royal Enfield’s electric mobility brand Flying Flea has entered the European and UK markets with the C6 electric motorcycle. The FF.C6 has been launched initially across five cities: Paris, Barcelona, Rome, Berlin and London with bookings now open at €5,990 (approx Rs 6.58 lakh) in Europe and £5,300 (approx Rs 6.79 lakh) in the UK. Deliveries are scheduled to begin from October 2026.

The European rollout follows the Flying Flea C6’s launch in Bengaluru earlier this year. According to Royal Enfield, early customers in India have collectively covered more than 100,000 km on the electric motorcycle in three months.

The company says its European expansion will be carried out in phases, with a focus on establishing sales, service and charging infrastructure alongside the product rollout.

Flying Flea C6 design and features

The Flying Flea C6 draws design inspiration from the original Flying Flea motorcycle of the 1940s, which was developed for military use during World War II. The modern electric motorcycle combines that heritage with a lightweight forged-aluminium architecture and an exoskeleton-style frame.

One of its key design elements is the forged-aluminium Girder front fork, which is a modern interpretation of the suspension used on the original Flying Flea. Royal Enfield says the C6 is currently the only motorcycle in the market to feature this type of Girder fork.

The motorcycle also features distinctive battery fins, with the front and rear sections designed to represent modern technology and Royal Enfield’s heritage respectively. The two sections converge into a wing-shaped central scoop.

The FF.C6 will be available in three colour options: Flea Green, Storm Black and Parachute White. Flea Green gets a relatively understated finish, while Storm Black combines gloss and matte black surfaces with contrasting brand-colour detailing. Parachute White combines a warm white finish with black details and blue accents.

The C6 gets round TFT displays housed in dedicated cases, combining a classic instrument design with a touchscreen interface. The motorcycle also features a removable pillion setup and adjustable footpeg positions.

Fleaware OS brings connected technology

The Flying Flea C6 uses Fleaware OS, Royal Enfield’s proprietary operating system based on Android Automotive OS. It works alongside the Flying Flea mobile application and supports connected features, navigation and remote monitoring.

The system is designed to learn from rider behaviour and offer a more personalised experience over time. Over-the-air updates will allow the software and associated features to be updated remotely.

The motorcycle gets a rotary mode switch, allowing riders to change between riding modes without taking their attention away from the road. Other controls include a joystick-operated TFT interface, home and back buttons, cruise control, voice assistance and a programmable button.

The C6 also offers three charging modes—Rapid, Standard and Trickle. The latter is intended to allow riders to prioritise battery longevity, while the different charging settings allow charging to be adapted to individual usage patterns.

Flying Flea C6 battery, range and performance

Power comes from a 3.91kWh lithium-ion battery housed in a lightweight magnesium-alloy casing. The battery uses an air-cooled ventilation system.

The electric motor produces a peak power output of 15.4kW at 3,500rpm and 60Nm of maximum torque. The motorcycle has a claimed top speed of 115kmph and a WMTC-certified range of 104km.

The C6 also gets regenerative braking, which recovers energy during deceleration. Royal Enfield says the system has been developed to reduce energy consumption and improve efficiency.

Charging can be carried out through a standard 16A wall outlet, while the motorcycle’s high-voltage architecture enables faster charging. The company claims the battery can be charged from 20% to 80% in just over 60 minutes, adding approximately 1km of range per minute of charging.

Safety and connected features

The Flying Flea C6 gets a range of electronic rider aids, including lean-angle ABS and traction control. These systems are designed to provide additional stability and control across different riding conditions.

Connected navigation and remote monitoring are also part of the motorcycle’s technology package, allowing the rider and motorcycle to remain connected through the Flying Flea ecosystem.

The C6 also features a conventional kill switch, alongside its software-based controls.

Flying Flea C6: development and patents

Flying Flea says more than 200 engineers across India and the UK have worked on the electric motorcycle and its underlying technology. The company has also filed more than 45 patent applications related to the project.

The C6 has received several international design awards, including the Red Dot Award 2025 in the Design Concept category, the Good Design Award 2025 and the iF Design Award 2026.

With its European and UK launch, the C6 becomes the first electric motorcycle from Royal Enfield’s new Flying Flea brand to enter international markets. The company has indicated that the C6 is part of a wider electric motorcycle product pipeline.
