The iQOO Z11 series was launched in China earlier this March, and it was widely expected to expand to global markets. Now, that appears to be happening. The iQOO Z11 and iQOO Z11x have been spotted on Vivo Malaysia’s online store, hinting at an imminent global release. The launch is scheduled for May 6, with pre-reservations also opening already starting from April 27. Notably, the iQOO Z11x has already been introduced in India back in March, while the standard iQOO Z11 is expected to follow soon. However, reports suggest that the global variant of the Z11 could differ from its Chinese counterpart and may arrive as a rebranded version of the Vivo T5 Pro.
iQOO Z11 specs and features
The global variant of the iQOO Z11 has reportedly been spotted on Geekbench under the model number Vivo I2512. The teaser that was shared in Malaysia confirms that the Z11 features a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset. In contrast, the Chinese variant of the device is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8500. This difference, along with similarities in design, suggests that the iQOO Z11 could be a rebranded version of the Vivo T5 Pro.
The device features a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 165Hz. It is backed by a massive 9,020mAh battery with support for 90W fast charging, all housed within an 8.25mm slim body.
On the camera front, it includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor with OIS, accompanied by a 2-megapixel depth sensor, while a 16-megapixel front camera handles selfies. The smartphone also comes with IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
The global variant is expected to be available in Blue and Black colour options, with 8GB and 12GB RAM configurations paired with 256GB storage, and will run on Android 16
iQOO Z11 expected price
The upcoming Malaysia debut is expected to give a clearer picture of how the iQOO Z11 will be priced globally. Given its China price of CNY 2,299, early estimates suggest it could fall in the mid-range segment in India, roughly between Rs 25,000 and Rs 35,000. For comparison, the iQOO Z11x has already been introduced in India at Rs 18,999, indicating the starting point for the lineup.
Unlike its sibling, the iQOO Z11x was already introduced in India earlier this March. It comes equipped with a Dimensity 7400 Turbo processor, paired with a 7,200mAh battery that supports 44W charging. The device is offered with 8GB RAM and either 128GB or 256GB storage, and is available in Silver and Black colour options.
