Xiaomi HyperOS 2 eligible devices
Xiaomi is rolling out its new OS update in phases. The first phase begins in November, starting with flagship devices:

- Redmi Series: Note 13, Note 13 Pro, Note 13 Pro Plus
- Poco Series: F6 Pro, X6, X6 Pro, M6 Pro
- Tablets and Wearables: Xiaomi Pad 6s Pro 12.4, Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro
Following the initial release, Xiaomi will expand the rollout in phases to include devices such as:
- Xiaomi Series: 13 series, Mi 11 series
- Redmi Series: Note 12 series, Redmi 12 series
- Poco Series: F6, Poco X5 Pro 5G
- Tablets: Xiaomi Pad 6, Redmi Pad Pro 5G
Notably, users with older devices not listed may need to wait longer or check whether their device will eventually support the new OS.
New features in HyperOS 2
Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2 introduces significant upgrades to boost performance, enhance user interfaces, and leverage AI-powered innovations.
1. HyperCore
At the heart of HyperOS 2, Xiaomi has embedded HyperCore, a revamped system kernel designed to optimise over 25,000 scenarios. According to Xiaomi, HyperCore improves system performance by reducing CPU idle time by 19%.
2. AI Tools
The OS includes several AI-powered features:
– Dynamic Lock Screens: AI-generated wallpapers that adapt to user preferences.
– HyperAI Integration: Frame-by-frame video analysis creates cinematic depth effects, while static wallpapers can be animated with AI-generated content.
– AI Magic Tools: Transform sketches into digital paintings using the Mi Canvas app on Xiaomi tablets. AI writing tools refine texts for a polished finish.

3. Revamped User Interface
