A video of the rescue operation has gone viral on social media as viewers applauded Singh for his sheer bravery.

Singh made a daring attempt to drive the King Cobra out of the toilet with a stick as several people stood outside watching. Others gathered on the terraces of buildings nearby to watch the rescue mission.

As Singh continued prodding the snake, the King Cobra raised its hood and appeared to attack him, forcing him to move back. He continued trying to get the snake out of the washroom as the crowd watched.

After a long struggle, Bhupender Singh finally managed to catch hold of one end of the snake and dragged it out of the toilet and onto the road. Another person then arrived with a bag, and the two men worked together to contain the King Cobra.
