Lava is yet to detail the Agni 3's specs sheet, but the Indian handset maker previously confirmed the smartphone would come with the Dimensity 7300 SoC, a customisable Action Key, and Dolby Atmos. Let's look at the specs in detail.

Lava Agni 3: 5 things we already know

Display: The display of the Lava Agni 3 is a standout feature. It will feature two AMOLED displays - a 6.78-inch front display with 120Hz and a 1.74-inch secondary AMOLED display on the rear next to the camera module. The upcoming device will feature a curved panel. The curved display does not only enhance the look but also offers an enhanced viewing experience.

Design: Lava is the first Indian smartphone brand to introduce an iPhone-like Action button. On the edges, the phone will feature this button that will help users customise shortcuts. As per the teaser video, the back of the Lava Agni 3 has glossy glass, which not only looks premium but also feels solid in hand. The phone is expected to come in two colours: Black and White. While specific colour names haven’t been revealed, both options are likely to cater to different tastes, balancing between professional and flashy looks.

Camera: For optics, Lava Agni 3 is expected to feature a 64-megapixel main camera, along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 5-megapixel macro lens, offering impressive photography for both wide landscapes and detailed close-ups. On the front, a 32-megapixel selfie camera will be ideal for selfie lovers and video calls. With capabilities like night mode and AI enhancements, users can expect high-quality photos in different lighting conditions.

Processor: At the heart of the Lava Agni 3 is the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor. Coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, users can expect smooth operation even with multiple applications running. The upcoming Lava Agni 3 will be competing against Nothing's CMF Phone 1, iQOO Z9s, and Moto Edge 50 Neo. According to reports, the Antutu benchmark score for the Media Dimensity 7300 is around 770,000, which places it in the upper mid-range performance bracket.

Price in India: In its teasers, Lava has been hinting that the Agni 3 will feature as a mid-range smartphone, priced under Rs 30,000. For comparison, its predecessor, the Lava Agni 2, was launched in India at Rs 21,999.
