Vivo is set to unveil two of its biggest smartphones in India today, the Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300 FE. Both devices are expected to strengthen the company's premium lineup and arrive as more ambitious options than the standard Vivo X300 and X300 Pro, which were launched in India last year. While the X300 FE is tipped to target buyers looking for a compact flagship experience, the X300 Ultra is expected to enter the ultra-premium segment and take on rivals such as the iPhone 17 Pro Max, Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, and Pixel 10 Pro XL. The launch event will take place in Delhi today, and Vivo is expected to livestream the announcement through its official social media channels and YouTube platform.

Vivo X300 FE price leaked ahead of launch

Although Vivo has not officially confirmed the India prices yet, leaks suggest the X300 FE may not be as affordable as the “FE” branding might suggest. The previous Vivo X200 FE debuted at Rs 54,999, but the new model is expected to cost noticeably higher.

According to tipster Sanju Choudhary, the Vivo X300 FE may carry a box MRP of Rs 1,19,999, while its expected launch price could be around Rs 79,999 for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model. If this turns out to be accurate, the X300 FE would launch above the starting price of the standard Vivo X300, which arrived at Rs 75,999 in December 2025.

That pricing could make the FE model a tough sell unless Vivo offers clear advantages in design, battery life, or camera performance.

Vivo X300 Ultra leaked India price

The Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to be Vivo’s most expensive mainstream smartphone in India so far. While exact pricing remains under wraps, the handset is likely to sit in the flagship premium category, which means buyers can expect a price well above Rs 1 lakh. The same tipster claimed that the Ultra model will cost you Rs 1,59,999.

Vivo X300 Ultra (expected)

The X300 Ultra is tipped to feature a large circular rear camera module with a heavy focus on photography. Reports suggest it could include a 200MP primary sensor and a 200MP telephoto camera. The phone is said to offer 3.7x optical zoom and up to 105x digital zoom.

Vivo is also expected to introduce external Zeiss telephoto lenses, sold separately, with 200mm and 400mm options. These could reportedly push optical zoom capability up to 17.4x, which would be a major talking point for mobile photography enthusiasts. Other expected camera hardware includes a 50MP ultrawide lens and a 50MP front camera.

The device may feature a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO OLED display with 144Hz refresh rate. Powering it could be Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with a large 7,000mAh battery. Charging support is tipped to include 100W wired and 40W wireless charging.

The Vivo X300 FE is expected to arrive with a refreshed design and a horizontally aligned rear camera setup. It may feature a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the phone is tipped to use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset with up to 12GB RAM and as much as 512GB storage.

Despite its smaller size, the X300 FE may pack a 6,500mAh battery with support for 90W wired fast charging and 40W wireless charging. For cameras, Vivo is expected to offer a Zeiss-backed setup featuring a 50MP main sensor, 8MP ultrawide lens, and 50MP 3x periscope telephoto camera. A 50MP selfie camera is also tipped.
