Facebook-owned company Meta has announced a new stand-alone AI companion app that will help creators to grow their audiences on the social network. The said AI companion app is a reimagined Creator Studio tool.
Meta aims to keep creators active on Facebook with the new AI companion app in an effort to compete against rivals like TikTok and YouTube. Moreover, this AI companion App will reportedly let help creators to generate ideas and analyzing performance in Facebook, instead of relying on third-party tools like ChatGPT.
However, the new app is currently under testing with select creators. But, it will have Facebook’s recently launched AI creator assistant built into it. It will suggest personalized recommendations to creators based on their content style, performance, audience engagement, and goals.

Creators often have to sift through charts and dashboards to understand their performance, but with the AI assistant, they can get quick answers to questions like “When should I post?” and “What are people saying in my comments?” Since the AI assistant is conversational, they can also ask follow-up questions, like how their audience has shifted over time.
The Creator Studio app will also come with features like AI-powered comment tool that will help surface the most important comments and draft replies in the creator’s own tone.
Facebook said that creators will receive a feed of daily priorities after opening the app each day.
