Kendrapara: Mystery Deepens as Subhashree Remains Missing for 6 Days

Rajnagar: Six days have passed since the mysterious disappearance of Subhashree Das from Rajupur village under Rajnagar police limits in Odisha’s Kendrapara district, but her whereabouts remain unknown.

The mystery surrounding the case has deepened as search operations have so far failed to trace her.

According to allegations by purported eyewitnesses, Subhashree was killed and her body was allegedly tied to a stone and thrown into the Hansua river. However, the allegation has not been confirmed, and no body has been recovered so far.

Police had detained eight persons in connection with the case for questioning but later released them.

Speaking to the media, Subhashree’s father said his daughter remains missing and the family has not received any confirmation regarding her death.

Meanwhile, Fire Services personnel have been conducting search operations in the Hansua river for the past three days. However, no trace of Subhashree has been found yet.

Adding to the speculation, a photograph purportedly showing a body has been circulating on social media. Its connection to the missing woman has not been established.

Several questions surrounding Subhashree’s disappearance remain unanswered, including what led to her disappearance and whether she is alive. If foul play is established, investigators will also have to determine the circumstances and motive behind it.

With the search continuing and no conclusive evidence emerging so far, the mystery surrounding Subhashree’s disappearance remains unresolved.
