2025 Kawasaki ZX 4R launched in India, gets a price tag of Rs 8.79 lakh

Even though the model has remained unchanged in terms of mechanical aspect, there has been a decent price hike. The price of the motorcycle includes a hike of Rs 30,000 over the older model. Well, the motorcycle gets a new colour and this might bring a smile on your face.

Engine, gearbox and frame
We get a 399cc engine that is liquid-cooled, 4-stroke and in-line four in nature. The valve system is DOHC with 16 valves. In terms of output figures, the 2025 Kawasaki ZX 4R engine offers 77 PS@14,500 rpm and 80 PS@13,000 rpm. A 6-speed gearbox is coupled with the engine. We get a high tensile steel Trellis frame on the motorcycle.
Braking and other hardware
The brakes on the motorcycle consist of dual semi-floating disc at the front and single disc at the rear. When it comes to suspension (rear), the motorcycle gets horizontal back-link, gas charged shock with spring preload adjustability. The front suspension is an inverted separate function fork with top-out springs.
Technology
We get 3-mode KTRC (Kawasaki Traction Control) which is the company’s most advanced engine management system. We also gets dual channel ABS, assist and slipper clutch, economical riding indicator, power modes, smartphone connectivity and much more. There is a 5-inch TFT display on the motorcycle too.
