Air conditioner has probably become a constant feature in most homes, offices and cars due to the ever-increasing temperatures. But with prolonged exposure to it, one may develop health concerns that affect you negatively.
Health experts say a regular exposure to AC leads to many problems such as skin drying, itching, headaches, and you feel thirsty too much.
People exposed to it constantly may suffer from eye problems, fatigue or aches in their joints.
Sometimes you may feel pain in your head and stiffness in your muscles too, due to going out from a place full of cold and into excessive heat outside.
The main problem related to air conditioners is dust in their machine or the presence of molds, which lead to problems of itching and allergies in many people.

- Keep the ac temperature between 24 to 26 degree centigrade.
- Always drink lots of water through the day.
- Wash the air conditioner after about a week or a month.
- Always get the AC’S dust filters cleaned regularly.
- Whenever possible, take small breaks outdoors or a few minutes out in the hot weather.
The AC should only be maintained regularly or a cool room where AC facilities are good. Air conditioners, if used properly, are the biggest relief, not only from temperature but from numerous diseases too.
