Dedicated AI Cell established at Vigilance Directorate to strengthen anti-corruption efforts

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Vigilance is adopting advanced technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in order to strengthen its anti-corruption efforts.

A dedicated AI Cell has been established at the Vigilance Directorate, with AI teams at the divisional level, to integrate data-driven tools into vigilance operations.

These initiatives support AI-based financial analysis and profiling, assessment of revenue leakages, digital footprint tracking, digital forensics, data analytics, and standardization of documentation.

The AI Cell draws on expertise from both internal officers and external domain specialists to design and deploy innovative AI solutions.

Through this technology-led approach, Odisha Vigilance aims to enhance investigative efficiency, analytical accuracy, and overall outcomes in anti-corruption work.
