Tecno Spark 50 Pro debuts with Helio G100 Ultimate

Tecno has launched the Tecno Spark 50 series including the Spark 50 Pro in India. The Tecno Spark 50 Pro sports an iPhone 17 Pro series-inspired camera plate on the back. The colour options available are also similar to the iPhone 17 Pro like the bright orange one.

Tecno Spark 50 Pro is equipped with 6.78-inch IPS LCD with HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek’s 4G Helio G100 Ultimate chip under the hood, which is paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.

The device sports a single 50MP rear camera which is a Sony LYTIA 600 (1/1.95-inch) sensor and an f/1.8 aperture. At front, the device has an 8MP selfie sensor.

The latest addition to the Tecno Spark 50 series is here, and it brings IP68 and IP69 ingress protection alongside an interesting back design. Spark 50 Pro arrives with an iPhone 17 Pro series-inspired camera plate on the back, which features just a single camera sensor. It’s packing a 50MP shooter armed with a Sony LYTIA 600 (1/1.95-inch) sensor and an f/1.8 aperture.

Outside of the chip, the phone comes with two battery options depending on the region. There’s a 5,600mAh dual-cell version and a 6,000mAh single-cell option. Regardless of the capacity, both support 60W wired charging and Tecno guarantees the cells will retain over 80% capacity after six years of daily usage.

On the software front, Spark 50 Pro brings Tecno’s HiOS 16 based on Android 16. It’s equipped with the Tecno AI suite, which includes several AI-powered features like the Ella AI Agent, AI writing, AI Health Assistant, and AI Noise Cancellation during calls.

The device also packs dual DTS stereo speakers.

Spark 50 Pro comes in five colors, including Ink Black, Titanium Grey, Midnight Blue, Dynamic Orange, and Cloud White.

Tecno did not share pricing and availability details at the time of writing.
