Apple AirPods Ultra development reportedly suspended

A latest leak report has suggested that the development of Apple has suspended it’s rumored camera-equipped AirPods Ultra. The information was reported by leaker and prototype collector known as “Kosutami.”

Earlier, we received several leaks that an upcoming pair of Apple AirPods that will have cameras for Siri. Moreover they were suggested to be called as Apple AirPods Ultra.

Now, however, the tipster has thwarted all these rumours with a post on X. He claimed that Apple has halted the development of these earbuds.

Earlier rumours suggested that they will be coming in late 2027, which might remain feasible for the time being as even if their development is suspended right now, they could still make that time frame.

Reports suggested that the development of the AirPods Ultra might not take long if Apple decides to reinstate these in its upcoming release plans.

However, for now, there is no certainty about the AirPods Ultra. Since the cameras were only rumored to be used for Siri, so as you could ask it questions about things in front of you.
